Horses

We were at the store and I begged my Mom for a paint by number kit. I have always wanted one. She didn't want me to get it, but finaly said yes. She wanted me to get a beginner one, but I wanted the horses and I didn't think it would be that hard.

When we got home I sat at the table and did the first half. I had to mix paint to make new colors, it was cool. The next day I finished it in about a hour. My mom couldn't beleve it.

She was right about one thing. She said paint by numbers can be boring and it was a little. I like doing my own art. But it was fun.

Tornado Snake

This started as a blob of color on the botom of the page and then I stretcehed the color up and around...after I looked at it for a while I saw a shape of a snake. I used sharpies to color in the lines and circle the spots of color that were blowing of his body.

Tents

I spent most of the day making a fort under a small futon. It didn't work good because it was so small under there I couldn't sit up. Then I decided to make a tent behind my Mom's recliner. I borrowed the emergency lantern so I could draw blueprints for my next fort...or tent, whatever I decide.

My Mom and I worked on code breaking some ancient Runes. I am in a secret correspondence course and it is an assignment I have to have done by sundown on Sunday. Si far I have decoded some information about Egypt! Do you believe it? Really Egypt. I love stuff about Egypt. I have to do all my Rune writing with a Quill pen and ancient Chinese graphite ink, on parchment paper. Did you know that archaeologists find ancient Runes a lot?

Now, I am going to play some Wii tennis.
